Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
1 2/3cupsall-purpose flour
2tspground cinnamon
1tspground nutmeg
1tspbaking soda
1tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
Wet Ingredients
1cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1cuppumpkin puree
1/2cupsalted butter(one stick)
1barof caramel-filled chocolate - or - 2 fudge bonbons,cut into pieces
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit (180° Celsius). Place silicone muffin liners into muffin pan.
Mix together all the dry ingredients. Set aside.
Combine all wet ingredients. Mix well.
Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
Stir in chocolate pieces.
Pour into muffin liners. (One recipe should make about 12 muffins.)
Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until they test done. Do not overbake. (I like mine to still have moist crumbs when I test it with a toothpick because I like to underbake it.)
